Lucere Creative LLC came from the passion of Paul DeFonte.
Paul wrote his first screenplay, The Wishers, as a result of several ideas he had for a regional film festival. One idea inspired him, and he set to put it on paper. A year later, he completed his six episode screenplay for the The Wishers, and he created story lines for two years worth of episodes.
While he was working on the screenplay, he purchased his Black Magic Design 6K Pro, and with the help of a cinematographer, he filmed half of the first Wishers episode.
Filming of the first three episodes is set to be complete by the end of April of 2026. From there, it’s on to post production, which is scheduled to be completed by January June of 2026 From there, The Wishers will be released on the web, submitted to streaming services and film festivals.
His vision of “Bringing Your Stories to Life” comes from his passion of Storytelling with Film as an actor, screenwriter or director.

Paul DeFonte is a Meisner trained actor. He’s appeared in several short films, a music video and as the Protagonist in The Wishers.
He’s worked for many years speaking in front of thousands upon thousands of people and is currently focused on The Wishers project, which he is the lead actor and director. He’s represented by the Big Fish Talent Agency for projects in the state of Washington.
Paul brings a dynamic range of emotion and experiences in any film project he participates in. He knows that “Staying present” and “Listening” are key.
Paul brings his past experiences to the table. He was a police officer and detective for close to thirteen years and he’s worked with at risk children for many years.
He also has done, and continues to do personal work allowing himself to be emotionally present and available to roles and that which he creates.
He’s available not only as an actor and director, he consults on police procedure, officer safety and legitimacy as well.
